2. MASS Important Notice – Frame Changes & Reapplications:

Under MASS (Spectacle Supply Scheme) rules, change of mind is not permitted once frames have been selected and the application has been submitted or approved.

A new MASS claim within two (2) years of the most recent approved claim can only be considered if one of the following applies:

• There is a clinically significant change in prescription, as confirmed by an optometrist; or

• The spectacles are lost or broken — replacement may be approved at MASS discretion and may require a client contribution.

Requests to change frames due to personal preference are not eligible under MASS.
3. Eligibility:
Only residents eligible for the Queensland MASS program can submit claims through this site. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
4. Intellectual Property:
